Delivery Information
At Forge 29, every order is produced specifically for you. Unlike businesses that simply pick products from a warehouse shelf, the vast majority of our products are made to order here in the UK, allowing us to offer high-quality print, personalised products and bespoke manufacturing tailored to your requirements.
Because many of our products are individually manufactured, production times vary depending on the type of product you’ve ordered. We believe it’s important to prioritise quality over speed, and we’ll always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible without compromising on workmanship.
Made in the UK
We’re proud that our products are manufactured in the UK using trusted production partners and our own manufacturing capabilities. Producing locally allows us to maintain high quality standards while supporting British manufacturing and reducing unnecessary shipping distances.
Production begins once your order has been placed and payment has been received.
Production Times
Estimated production times are provided on individual product pages where appropriate. As a guide, our products generally fall into one of the following categories.
Custom Print
Professional printed products, including business stationery, marketing materials and similar commercial print, are produced using specialist print manufacturing processes. Typical production times are comparable with industry-standard turnaround times offered by leading UK print providers, although these may vary depending on the product, specification and finishing options selected.
Made-to-Order Products
Many of our personalised gifts, homeware, signage and custom products are individually manufactured after your order is placed. Production times vary depending on the product and the level of personalisation required.
Bespoke & Manufactured Products
Larger or more complex products, including camper modules, van storage systems and fully bespoke manufactured items, require additional design, manufacturing and quality assurance. These products typically have longer lead times, which will be communicated before or during the ordering process where applicable.
Delivery
We primarily use DPD for UK deliveries, providing a reliable tracked service for most orders. Depending on the product, destination or manufacturing partner, an alternative courier of equivalent standard may occasionally be used.
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on the products ordered and the delivery destination.
We currently deliver to UK Mainland addresses.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and other remote locations may be available but are likely to incur additional delivery charges. Where applicable, these will be shown during checkout or we’ll contact you before dispatch if additional arrangements are required.
Split Deliveries
As we manufacture products using both our own facilities and carefully selected UK production partners, some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate deliveries.
This helps ensure each product is produced using the most appropriate manufacturing process and allows items to be dispatched as soon as they are ready, rather than delaying your entire order.
There is no additional charge to you where we choose to split an order for operational reasons.
Delivery Delays
The delivery dates shown throughout our website are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
Whilst we work hard to meet or exceed our estimated production and delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier disruption, supplier availability, severe weather or exceptionally high order volumes.
If a significant delay affects your order, we’ll keep you informed and provide updates wherever possible.
Seasonal Demand
During particularly busy periods such as Christmas, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Black Friday and other seasonal events, production and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased demand across our manufacturing network.
Where possible, we recommend placing seasonal orders early to avoid disappointment.
Damaged or Missing Deliveries
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Prompt notification allows us to investigate with our manufacturing partners and courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Where possible, please include photographs of any damaged packaging and products when contacting us.
